With the exception of not getting a wash for my vehicle as told and was included with the coupon, disappointing since it should have been done. I actually drove 45 min to get to the dealer when their is actually a Toyota dealer 12 minutes from my home . Not a too bad of experience.

I received excellent Customer Service from Service Manager Francine. She listened to my concern and then provided good Customer Service. She must be applauded.
