After walking into at least 6 different dealerships (Jeep, Acura, Ford, Etc.) in a 4 day period we were so exhausted and frustrated with the arrogance and lack of customer service. We decided to stop in Nalley Toyota as our last try and then head home. We were met by a kind and knowledgeable young salesman who showed us exactly what Toyota had to offer that best met our needs and taste. The General Manager even stopped by to check in and personally gave us a very fair number for his car and $1800 more for our car than the other brand dealer who also neglected to demonstrate any knowledge of customer service. Kudos to Nalley Toyota! You guys are doing it right and it was a pleasure to do business with you!
