The service associates were very good. But you seem to have separate systems for new and returning customers. This was a little frustrating when the associate could not initially find my appointment.

I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment, my car was taken in right away. I was quoted an hour , and my car was done in half the time. Very pleased. My only small concern was when i pulled up, no one came to check me in. But that’s a minor detail i was very happy.
