I was made to feel important! I had a one-on-one dialog with the service manager Shawn Reza. He was personable and easy to talk to. He got my car finished ahead of schedule and washed my car also. I am very pleased!

Process went smooth and the service advisor was great....but $70 to replace the cabin air filter is I fortunately what makes going to the dealer service department always a challenge.
