Arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted. Took about an hour for initial inspection and found out that my brake drums needed to be replaced. Service manager kept me abreast of expected wait time and cost.

W well James our service check was very knowledgeable and very curious job situation he didn't give me any type of malfunction of anything he just said that everything was fine with the car and if anything does go wrong you can always call we'll come get it and we'll take care of it so I thank him for his patience and his understanding it's always good to have someone that knows when your kind of little bit stressed that somebody there to let you know we'll take care of it and we will so James was very knowledgeable when I thank him and I will be back to get my car worked on thank you very much Sincerely larry hill

Awesome experience. We worked with Kyle in sales/click lane and it was a very smooth process from beginning to end. We had both of our kids with us (2 & 6) and they were even great with them, bringing coloring books and talking to them. Definitely coming back when it's time to trade in the rav4.
