Well done. Reviewed everything and kept informed. I was surprised that you didn’t do a quick wash of the car. You often do and I heard service folks telling other customers they’d get a wash before their cars were returned.

Service was very efficient. But the employees throughout the dealership do not seem very happy. I wonder about the top management; are they providing the right benefits and environment for the employees?
