Everything was explained well to me about the recall and service that my car was getting. Kyle was very nice and informative. Answered any questions I had without hesitation and the waiting area was comfortable and clean.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and decided to wait. I was given an estimate of an hour to an hour and a half, but they were done within 45 minutes. The service rep even recommended some thing that saved me money. This is the second time I have had that experience at Nally. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it.

I was a few minutes late, but still beat the crowd, James did an outstanding job getting my truck in without any delay, due to the time it was going to go are, he got me a loaner car to drive over to the mall for the wait, he kept me updated and when the job was completed, he called and I was back shortly, the job was completed in record time and thanks to the mechanic for his expertise in getting my truck ready, I was in and out in less than 4 hours, thanks to all staff involved, great team work!!!!’
