The service advisors at Nalley Toyota of Roswell are always super friendly and helpful. Today I worked with Francine. Was originally told my car work would take about an hour but I got it back in 30 minutes. The people in the service area were socially spaced out and I felt very comfortable while waiting. The self serve coffee area was convenient and a welcome early morning treat.

James is excellent ! He deal with during a problem, let me feel like comfortable! Thank you for severed me !
