Janet was informative and service was very good.

From initial call with Francine Potts to appointment for new tires and other service, she was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, patient, and transparent. I am a detail person and she was never dismissive, even a step ahead in providing information and took time to show me the date of tire manufacturer, which was important to me. She made it a positive experience. I’m not sure if a car wash was included; if so, it missed a lot. But Francine was great!
