Had a good experience here. Salawmen Vance and Christian were both helpful dueing the process. Dealing was open, clearly explained. Felt I achieved a good price for the vehicle, both sides of the table satisfied with the end result.

James snyde was super nice and professional. He had my issued diagnosed and repaired quickly It was a blown shock absorber, which the Nalley team said should not have happened at 28,000 miles. He helped direct me to a customer advocate at Toyota to see if they will reimburse me for the repair. I really appreciate the quick and accurate repair as well as the guidance with Toyota
