Looking for my last, but my first, new car was a daunting experience. I attempted to work with four (4) other local dealerships and received less than adequate customer service at each of them. The experience was so upsetting that I was about to give up, until I received a call from Nalley Toyota. By this time, I was so frustrated that I did not believe I would receive any different service or the vehicle I wanted. However, this could not have been further from the truth after that first conversation with a Nalley sales representative. I did not know it at that first encounter, but I had an entire team working on my behalf to locate the exact vehicle I was searching for. I dealt with a professional, extremely competent staff at Nalley Toyota, from the sales advisor to the GM. The name Nalley should be synonymous with superior customer service because that's exactly what I received. I still cannot believe they found the exact vehicle I wanted. The "EXACT" vehicle I wanted. My only regret about my experience with Nalley Toyota is that I did not start my new car search with them first. I would have saved a lot of time, energy and effort. The service I received today fro Richard was impeccable. He took care of my every concern. I’ve been a customer of Nalley Toyota of Roswell since 2014 and I’ve never had a bad experience.

I came in for my scheduled maintenance and replacement of fuel pump. Jimmy Snyder greeted me by name and verified all the work that had to be completed for my Camary. The work was completed on schedule and everything was completed correctly
