I was pleasantly surprised they where able to get me in and take care of my cars issues even though it was 6 yrs old Rav 4. Great attitude from the greeters, the Tech's and the rep in rm 10. I liked they send us updates so we were well informed not left in the dark then hit with total. Thank you.
