Justin Croom was courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with him as a representative of Nalley Toyota. We chose to have our service done at the place where we bought our Rav4 rather than Cobb or Marietta Toyota because of the good experience of the purchase and then the experience of having mudflaps installed by the technicians in your service department.
