Needed rear brakes and a couple other items. David was fantastic and covered the scope of work with pricing. Everything went well as he communicated what was happening during service. We were up to date and there were no surprises. Thank you David and team!!

Good service. The waiting area could be improved. This time it took too much waiting time to get my car done, but all good in general.

Service was great. Tech did not reset the maintenance lights. David Ramos took the back immediately had it reset. I appreciate the prompt response but it should not have been necessary.

When I called to schedule appointment, the phone system recognizes you when you call and already pulls up your information. When I arrived, I got checked in quickly and waited comfortably in the waiting area. Love the text message updates during service and when car ready.

Nalley Toyota of Roswell is the only place I’ll have my car serviced. I’ve been going there for over 20 years. The customer service experience you receive at their dealership is like no other. I trust what they tell me about my vehicle and I know that they do a phenomenal job. I have to drive a bit further past another Toyota dealership to get there. Trust me it’s completely worth it!
