James to great care of me even though it was pretty busy he still made it seem like I was his first priority.

David is wonderful! He made sure my wait time was minimal, ensured the services needed for my camry were met, and is very personable!

It was good. The service was fast. I am a bit bummed that they left the bags in my car. Usually, they take those out and my car is to go. This time they didn’t put the sticker and didn’t take the trash out. I like this Toyota location because they normally give me my car back in better, or at the very least the same, condition as before they service it. The service was good tho. I got my oil change in an hour and I paid the amount I expected to pay so I’m happy.

Unfortunately my cars issue is intermittent so because it did not occur while the dealer had it, no fix could be determined.

They were really busy on a Saturday when I left my 4Runner for service. Even so they were time efficient, and very personable. Also took time to explain my service in detail and I never felt rushed or forgotten!

Jimmy is a great team member and always helpful. That being said, having an appointment should speed things up which doesn't seem to be the case at Nalley.

Fast and efficient.

Overall great experience. I was in and out, in under an hour.
