Good service provided. Didn't think service writer was as knowledgeable as I'm used to. I had to remind them I was due for my 120k maint. even though my mileage was 130k. I needed tires and my sport rav4 has always had runflats but they recommended regular tires. I purchased 4 tires elsewhere though next day service writer sent a good quote for runflat tires.
