The service rep met me within a few minutes of when I drove up. He directed me to his office, filled out the paperwork and asked if I had any questions. He gave me his contact information. We shared pictures of past hunting trips. Forty minutes later the car was ready. I signed the paperwork and he accompanied me to my truck and tanked me.
