First time getting my oil changed here and the service was awesome! Great facility too.

I would have given it 5 stars, but for some reason I feel like I have wasted my money. I didn't think it was normal for a shop to turn the rotors only and not replace the pads. Maybe they thought they were giving me a price break. I would have rather paid for your brake special up front, and would have gained over the long haul in the first visit. Though I was advised from my advisor that it is possible to resurface without changing pads. After given it a second thought I beg to differ. I do have to give him his props he did squeeze me in getting and got me out within a reasonable time. The tech who worked on my vehicle did not scratch up my rims as previous tech. Instead he went over and beyond and buffed my front bumper. Yes, I will continue to bring my vehicle to Nalley. I have been with them for several years and they do try to do things right by their customers if not satisfied.
