My service advisor was David Ramos, and he exceeded my expectations with accommodating a last minute schedule change and expediting me through since I was waiting in the lobby. With COVID surge 4, he prioritized getting me out the door quickly AND made sure I still got a car wash. I trusted his advice and felt informed the entire process. Absolutely coming back for service and happy to refer my family and clients to David. Also, the service oil change bay manager, Terrence, saved the day when he adjusted my glove compartment door to close firmly. He also took the time to show me my filter and why it was recommended that it be replaced. I was very impressed with Terrence’s ability to communicate his knowledge and his overall professionalism.
