My advisor, Janet, did a great job getting the work done on my car. She was pleasant and kept me up to date on the process. My car needed to be kept for a couple days and I was offered and accepted a loaner car.

My recent service experience was excellent. My Service Advisor David Ramos was great and is wonderful to work with and did a great job explaining what needed to be done, answering my questions, and talking me thru the options I had available.
