It was an excellent experience! The person who helped me was very polite. He explained the problem very well, and he made me aware of additional issues my car had. Even though I had no appointment, my car was ready in a couple of hours. I left the dealership very satisfied.

I was in and out pretty quick. The rotors needed to be resurfaced. I was told they were done a few thousand miles ago but apparently they were not. So that was done.

Service was prompt and efficient.

Very happy with my visit, except for one thing. As I left the dealership, I noticed something on my windshield. It was clear but looked like overspray of some chemical. It wasn’t there before my visit, as I had just washed the car before taking it to Nalley. I drove home, thinking I could just wipe it off. It took nearly an hour, scrubbing with isopropyl alcohol, to get the substance off the windshield.
