My Experience At Toyota Nalley in Alpharetta was extraordinary! The customer service from Kyle Lester Sales ~ was A1! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable that I had great package deals that I looked at all the vehicles and then I took my time to make a decision. He also followed up with me and ensure that other little things that needed to be taken care of we’re actually taken care of. That was really above and beyond any other service I’ve ever received in any purchases that I’ve made in the past for vehicles. The Finance Manager Paul Lazo was very kind thoughtful very thorough went through all documentation make sure I understood all of the finance things that I needed to know for my new vehicle purchase. Got me the best deals I felt he could and I was just overall extremely pleased and will definitely write this place at 10 and advise everyone to go to a Toyota nalley and Alpharetta!

Awesome staff

I was taken in promptly. When the person I was assigned to did not come then his office mate stepped up. My car was ready in good timing. However, Lyft should be reinstated. I did have to bring the car back because someone forgot to reset it so that it would not continue to think it needed service. The receptionist over the phone must’ve had instructions that were incorrect so I was not able to reset it.
