Mr. Russell was very awesome he took time to see about My daughter and myself we were standing and everyone was walking by but Mr. Russell came to see if we need help and sold me a car

Overall experience was excellent. The wait to get through financing was about 90 minutes and the financing scripts for selling warranties was a bit relentless. The people you have working do their jobs well. Is the end weekend of every month short staffed in the Finance dept?
