Annette's knowledge about the product she sells makes her an excellent sales person with which to conduct business. She understands all the features of the car, and she explained the operation of each one in a way that I understood. Throughout the time we spent with her, she conducted herself in a friendly and respectful manner and did not let the cold weather change her attitude in finding the ideal car for me. The overall experience made for a pleasant transaction. I especially liked that she respected my desires without trying to sell me something I did not want.
