I’ve gone back-and-forth with dealer maintenance my entire life… I actually didn’t have a good experience with Nelly about six years ago… Stop going to them found another very good mechanic in Roswell… But then had a issue with my Prius that I thought and my wife thought it would be much better to go to the dealer so they could figure out the problem… And sure enough I had excellent service and felt like I was taken care of very well and thusly will most likely return again.
