Good Service

Service was good for routine service. Prices for tire rotation and balance appears very high.

David Ramos was my service adviser and he took excellent care of me during my service visit. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was service correctly.

Kyle was great. I came in for an oil change and requested an adjustment on wiper blades that had been installed at my last visit (they were scrubbing badly). Kyle had us in and out in about 40 minutes with new windshield blades that worked perfectly (no additional cost). That's great service! I travel from Stone Mountain to Roswell to have my vehicle serviced because for my time and quality of service, it is worth it. I have used the service of two local Toyota service centers and was greatly disappointed in both so I have never gone back to those centers. The service at Toyota of Roswell should be the standard all centers should strive for in giving quality customer service. Thank you Nalley of Roswell for your great customer service.
