Great visit to Nalley for service. As usual Kyle greeted me professionally, friendly and by name even though it had been a few months since I last saw him. He took care of me keeping me advised of the status and I was out in less than an hour. I feel he’s a model employee for Nalley Toyota. Always pleases the customer. He makes sure everything is completed and on time to my complete satisfaction. I also wanted to say Terrece is very polite and professional as well. Really knows his stuff.
