David kept me informed on what was needed & what was going on with the service. The work was done in a timely manner since I was waiting. I appreciated that.

I had to wait an extra hour to get the work done that had been orig told would take 2 hours. But they washed the outside of my car amd are giving me a small free service on cleaning my brake pads from the dust when I come back in for making me wait so long and miss another appt. I will still be back as the service is really good.

I had an appointment, and I was greeted and directed immediately to my service rep, who was very responsive to my concerns and requests. My wait time was very reasonable.

Francine was phenomenal as the service coordinator. Although the service department was extremely busy and I did not have a reservation, she took the time to understand the problem and assure that everything was resolved before I left the dealership.
