Thank you for a positive service experience. I was greeted promptly on arrival. My advisor Delma took my requests and kept me up to date with how long the work would take and made sure I understood what work needed to be done. All this in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent customer service but I couldn't get my first oil change at 5k by the book, so said it was due at 10k but the truck dash indicates oil service at 5k as well as the window sticker.!! Any thoughts??

Excellent service, dedication, and responsiveness from Kyle Lester. He is very trustworthy, dependable and friendly. Thank you Kyle and all the folks who supported you. It has been an unusal transaction as we requested cash payment and delivery of three new vehicles. It was completed with only one small hitch, which was corrected immediately. There was no unusal sales pressure or 'tricks'. The only downside is that there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion wrt communication between departments at the dealership. And I have not yet received a copy of the paperwork on two of the vehicles. Overall though I am satisfied. Thank you for your hardwork and deligence during these difficult times. (Covid-19). My service advisor was friendly and didn't make fun of my old 2012 Toyota even though it is a beater. And he helped me solve a odd mechanical issue.
