Service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I was told how much the service would cost at each stage of the process. The advisor addressed all of my concerns, even the stupid ones I brought up (and didn’t tell me they were stupid). Service was performed quickly, vehicle handles noticeably better, and the interior and exterior were left cleaner than they were when I arrived. The dealership also did not try to upsell me to a bunch of expensive unnecessary services such as blinker fluid flush and fill, nitrogen tire refill for max performance on my 10 year old econobox rav4, or transmission squidge gap testing.

David was great, he assurred me thru would take care of replacing a recently broken seatbelt and he and his crew did an awesome job
