I made an appointment at the last minute. Had a leak in my tire that was in the sidewall. I needed a new tire as it could not be patched. Took 2 and 1/2 hours to get a new tire put on. I did go to Mathis tire but the gentleman there said if the tire was under warranty it would be replaced for free. The tire was under warrant, the tire was replaced for free, it just took a long time to accomplish this. Having an appointment really does not mean a darn thing. It still takes 2 and 1/2 hours or longer to accomplish anything. The service is good but the lounge is not very comfortable, there are no vending machines, and the lounge needs a major overhaul. If I have to spend 2+ hours waiting for my car I would like to be comfortable. I took my Ford F350 to the Ford place for an oil change. They actually have a quick oil change service area. What a concept! They had vending machines, popcorn, free coffee and a comfortable lounge. I was impressed.

Had my car serviced and the wait was short and nice, also they gave it a complimentary wash and vacuum
