Such a fantastic experience!! Richard, the sales person was as kind and professional as can be. He was so sweet and personable and did not mind allowing us to test drive numerous trucks until my dad found THE ONE he felt most comfortable in. He stood in the cold and went over all the tech the truck came with and even connected my dad's phone! I can't say enough great things about Richard!! The sales manager, Jason Cruz, has to be the kindest man alive!! He didn't play the back and forth game with us, gave us a great deal and didn't hold back on anything. So thankful for agreeing on numbers so quickly with no hassle!! The finance manager was one of a kind! Honest from the beginning, gave us all our options as far as putting money down or not, what products he'd highly recommend and what he wouldn't waste his money on... felt like buying a car from family. Absolutely phenomenal experience all the way around!! Felt like we were in and out without wasting an entire day at a dealership, which is usually the case most times... I'll be back for my mom's car as long as these guys are the ones I get to work with! I can't thank you gentlemen enough for the courteous, kind, and professional experience you provided to my parents that night!!
