My car had stopped a couple of times after starting when I pulled out of parking areas, which I thought was because an oil change was needed. Diagnostics were done-no particular issue found but oil was a couple of quarts low. Service group added oil and I was advised by Jimmy Snyder to keep a close watch on the oil levels. I was in and out of the Service Department in a couple of hours.

I was well informed during the service for time needed etc. But, after the service there were items for which were left out.1. The service reminder was not reset2. I did not get the next service due sticker3. Tire pressure was changed, but after service notification on how it got damaged was not provided to me.

Exceptional, appt was for 9:40am but service tech got me in about 9am, changed oil and filter, rotated tires, topped fluids, checked wiper blades…out of Nalley by 9:35am.

I was given a very fair trade number on my truck, and Saleigh was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions to pick out the best new RAV4 for us!

routine service. needed to have the cabin air filter replace and the vent system cleaned. What a mess they left in the floor of my car!

Overall experience was very good. However water that leaked down to floor board was not completely addressed and had to deal with personally over several days following my visit.
