The 2 service folks I dealt with were great.

Richard was great in explaining everything and going over all of the expenses. I had to wait almost 3.5 hours , though, which felt too long.

Received excellent service from the moment I arrived until my car was fixed and I left.

Francine Potts made the entire experience. First time appointment with her second time in this dealership. As I drove in early morning she walked up to my truck before I could even get down and was ready to go. I thought I would have to look for my service adviser; instead, she knew it was me and was very warm. She kept me informed during my service and also has an amazing sense of humor. It’s great to work with people that enjoy their job and put a smile on your face. Will book all of my appointments with her moving forward.
