My service representative was professional and courteous especially considering the unique issue I was having with my brand new 4Runner. She took care of the repair quickly and ensured that it was covered u set warranty. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and working with the Nalley service team. The work of the service department secured my loyalty to this dealership after a shakey experience with the sales dept.
