Ty provided top notch service and extremely attentive. He updated me on my service inspection and walked me through my options. Service good but disappointed my car was not washed. Was told the car wash might not be open yet...... it was 10:45 AM...... and then told the car wash might not be in operation or broken. Knowing Nally Toyota always washes my car, I purposefully put off cleaning it knowing it would get washed during my service call. Was very disappointed in that.
