Took longer than expected but great service

James was very helpful but service took longer than expected due to being short-staffed

It was our first visit to your service department and we were very impressed with the courtesy and promptness. However shocked to see patrons unmasked, especially now when all hospitals are literally overflowing . Not sure when I return if I’ll enter. You must Inforce the mask rule.
