I’ve been taking my 4Runner to Nalley Toyota for service for several years and am a very satisfied customer. My service advisor, David, does a fantastic job listening and addressing any issues I’m having with the vehicle, and the service technicians take pride in their work and get things right the first time. Encountering a dead battery this AM - my arrival for service was delayed 1.5 hr Yet - I was welcomed and within 1 hr - back on my way. Great Service Lead (Delma - window 4 today) Truly appreciate the service/the safety/and my RAV4 Hybrid. Happy New Year!

Richard did a good job at keeping me informed as to the status of my service. It was a very busy day when I was there and service took longer than normal, which was understandable.
