This was my first experience visiting Nalley Toyota to have my car serviced. Rich Kinsey provided top level customer service! For example, Rich was able to successfully muti-task while still being super helpful and patient without his awesome personality being impacted by the extremely busy service department. I will be back because of Rich Kinsey!
