Needed service and shocks and struts

It was on a Saturday; I arrived early for my scheduled appointment; I usually come in the middle of the week; I was having regular 5,000 miles service; however, I don't believe my lights were check and I asked for them to be checked because I was told a rear light was out; I wish the agent had gone over what was completed

The staff was friendly and helpful and gave me a fair price

Jimmy signed me in and then Janet Casique took good care of me today, coordinating with the mechanic's findings. Good to meet Mo.

Fast, easy and on time

David Ramos was amazing as always. Even though he is crazy busy, he is able to give you his time, understand what is going on with your vehicle needs and get you in/out quickly. I had my car serviced and the next day was in a near accident, hitting something in the road that damaged the car. David was great at getting me in quickly and providing me a loaner so I could get back to life. He had the car looked over for possible damage that could not be seen and was able to assure me that there was only minor damage. He is always kind and considerate and gives great advice. You are lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working employee!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle maintenance progress was available on phone during the waiting period.Waiting room and coffee station was very helpful. Sitting area can be improved with side tables to place coffee cups and other personal items. I will recommend this facility to family and friends.
