James took care of me and went over and beyond to make sure I knew what services I actually needed instead of what I thought I needed. Quick and pleasant

I needed to get an oil change and called to set an appointment as I drove that way. Savanna took the call and set me up with my advisor David Ramos. Everything went like clockwork and David took the car. While it was getting the oil change David had the techs inspect the car and reported back I needed to have front pads replaced and rotors machined. I was pressed for time but again, David exceeded my my expectations by getting the car back to me within an hour. The team, led by David, provided me with an awesome experience. I almost can’t wait to return for my next service need!

I was extremely pleased. Francine was the preeminent professional. She walked me through both recalls, how long it would take (which was very accurate), and when they discovered some red flag items that needed to be addressed, she got me a quick report on what the items were and what the cost would be. When it came time to depart, Francine insisted the cab get vacuumed out. Great experience at Nally Toyota! Francine made sure my information was updated, and my Highlander had the necessary inspections. I already knew I needed new brakes and was wanting to get new brakes before we had more bad weather. Nally did a great job, the waiting room is nice with seating spread-out and it didn't seem to take longer than Francine told me. I have bought cars here in the past and I really like this group.
