I was driving by and had some time so I stopped into Nalley Toyota. I needed service and a recall addressed. Delma Casique Moya greeted me and my concerns. There was no problem with me not having an appointment. I was given a multi-point inspection form that was easy to read and it was my choice as to what work I wanted done. Ms. Moya kept me informed as to the length of time my work would take. Ms. Moya is a gem for Nalley!

David was very helpful and very clear about the options with my car. Even the guy back in the tools counter who was very helpful when I asked about a place to sit where I did not have to listen to music or TV but luckily the 2021 Prius on the on the floor was an excellent spot.
