My service experience on this visit was the same as always which is EXCELLENT. I have always been treated courteously and promptly by the representative taking the car in and promptly advised of the progress made along each step in progress toward completion. From the moment i entered the service area, I was greeted by a service representative who directed me to a service advisor and valeted my car in the que for service. When I met the service advisor, Mr. David Ramos, who happens to be an assistant service manager, I was asked what am I having done today and he proceeded to place orders for what I needed. I sensed a no pressure atmosphere with not only David but the dealership in general. In fact, during my car’s service analytics, they had advised additional services be done via text and gave me the option to decline and approve only what I wished done on my car. It is very comforting to know that David and folks at Nalley offered a unique no pressure encounter to have my service done. I was thinking driving into the dealership that they are going to add a bunch of additional expenses and run my bill up. My experience at a Florida dealership was very pressured with attractive service advisors approaching the customer with dirty filters and the like being showcased in an effort to get customers to commit to additional unexpected costs! The exact opposite occurred at Nalley Roswell even to the point of discounting my service with their available promotions which were generously applied to my work order. During the service, I was able to get complimentary freshly ground coffee and window shopped the latest models in the inventory without once being approached by even one overzealous salesperson! If you want to experience a non stressful servicing of your Toyota, I would suggest for you to try out this dealership and see Mr. David Ramos at Nalley Toyota Roswell.

James was awesome! He and the tech got my 10k service completed on my vehicle very quickly! I was notified soon after that my car was ready to pick up. I had asked James if there was any possible way for my car to be vacuumed and he had that completed as well. Roswell Nalley Toyota is far the best dealership to purchase a vehicle and to have it serviced. Thank you for making this process so easy!
