My service advisor, David Ramos, did an excellent job. I waited on my car while it was being serviced and it was ready when promised. Everything was good.

The service advisor David Ramos had an excellent demeanor from the first phone call. He explained everything very clearly and I feel my car got the exact service it needed. The cost of timing belt replacement was actually lower than the non-dealer alternatives I shopped.
