Made an online appointment for an oil change. I was on time. Took an hour and half to complete oil change. Too long of a wait especially with an appointment.

Great service experience! Upfront clarity on work performed and expected cost of the services was provided by the rep. He was quick to respond to a few follow up concerns I had, even after the car went for servicing. He should get a raise! Wait times were lower than expected and people in the area were responsible in carrying themselves, given the pandemic. The car was thoroughly clean and runs smooth and works great. That’s why this is my go-to service center. PS. I was also given an estimated anticipated service expenses for 5,10K miles down the road which I really appreciate.
