Excellent customer interaction. Matt called when service was completed. Walked me to the location of my vehicle in the service lot. The best service department I have ever visited and I didn't buy my vehicle from Nalley. Next time I will!

I came in for a battery replacement (regular battery hot the hybrid battery) and surprised your rep did not know where the battery was. Then disappointed it took about an hour and a half to just change the battery . But was pleased to find out that was the original battery in my 15 year old Prius.
