This is my second time taking my car in to this location for routine maintenance and like the first time I have had a very good experience. My service advisor was professional and friendly. I really like the options that they can communicate with you (in person, phone, email, and text). I think the texting feature is especially nice while you are waiting they will text you any recommended services in which you can respond without the feeling of being pressured. So far, I am pleased with the service dept at this location and plan to visit them again when it's time for my next maintenance service.

I have no complaints. A 5 star is excellence . To that point, I waited longer than expected and the car wash, on the one hand a really nice service was substandard. Window still dirty for example.

James was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable of my vehicle needs .

Richard Kinsey made my visit a total pleasure. Totally different than my last visit. He corrected a problem that was taken care of last visit but broke. Will definitely come back and ask for Richard Kinsey.

I would definitely visit again for another car purchase. We went to another dealership close to us, and they couldn’t help us with finding a nightshade 4Runner, even the previous dealership we bought our other 4runner from couldn’t help. We are very, very pleased. They made this experience super easy and so laid back! Everyone was very helpful!

Everything was too dang easy- Same day, walk in appt. and was completed that day and employee said not to rush- even though they had technically closed 3 minutes before. Great folks, reasonable prices.

Richard O was great. Very friendly and professional and made sure I had a great, quick visit for a tire rotation and complimentary wash. No complaints at all.

All went well
