My service advisor Matt was awesome. However, for a first visit it was less than perfect. I had to return to the dealership after an oil change and battery replacement because my lift gate would not come up. Turns out the technician had turned off the lift gate by accident when accessing the cabin air filter thru my glove compartment. Also, as i was driving a wiper blade flew off turns out while replacing the wipers the technician had left one of the old wipers sitting on top of the new one. The little details matter. Although Matt was awesome i would think twice about trusting my vehicle to this service dept again.
