After “sheltering in place” for more than a week, I ventured out to run a few errands. At my first stop, my weak battery refused to restart my car. I called Toyota to report my situation while I “jumped” my battery and then drove directly to my local Toyota location. The staff confirmed my battery’s condition, installed a new one at a prorated price and automatically renewed my full warranty. I went from “stranded” to “smooth sailing” in just about one hour! Thanks, Toyota!

I observed that they did not top off all the fluids on the vehicles.. ???
