David Ramos was amazing. He answered all my questions without a problem and gave me a tip to take better care of my vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard Osborne this weekend. He took great care of me. He completed the oil change that was requested, and recommended other services that I know are needed, but did not have time that day to get them done. I will reschedule another visit in order to complete the recommended services. I would recommend Richard, and Toyota to anybody. On a sidenote, your valet did not know how to drive my five speed.

Drove into service bay with an almost flat tire at 5:40PM. Kyle found the screw in my tire, repaired it, and me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. What great service. I’ve been coming to Nalley for 17 yrs and I’ve always gotten great service. Once I knew Nalley was still open tonight I knew I’d be well taken care of and Kyle proved me right.
